Tina Alexander, owner and manager of Island Guests, can provide a Real Estate Purchase Support Service by acting as your agent in the matter of seeking a suitable property in Dominica.
This involes:

  • locating and viewing available properties
  • reporting to you on their suitability
  • providing information about their relative merits
  • seeking to secure the property of your choice

The following additional services are also available, as required, to support your bid to own the desired property:

  • The use of the Island Guests office address for correspondence
  • The use of the Island Guests ESCROW Account for wiring in money for purchases
  • The use of the Island Guests Credit Card facilities for paying of bills
  • The making of Alien Land Holding license applications
  • The making of Residents Permits applications
  • Instructing lawyers on your behalf regarding the drafting of any sales agreement
  • The arranging of Evaluations
  • The arranging of Building quotations
  • The arranging of Services quotations
  • Providing advice regarding medical facilities and insurance
  • Providing advice regarding buildings and contents insurance
  • Arranging Car Hire or Dial A Ride Transportation
  • The opening of bank accounts
  • Obtaining a PO Box
  • Finding rented accommodation
  • Signing agreements on your behalf with vendors, utility companies, tenants, etc

The charges for this service are US$200 per month due on 1st month plus 1 % finders fee payable on completion of a purchase.
