All prices quoted on this site are in US$ and a convenient link to a currency converter is provided on each page, as necessary.

| Buyers: |
- Charges:
Island Guests levies no charges on the Buyer.
- Commissions:
All commissions to Island Guests as the agents are payable by the Vendor.
- Property Finder Service:
Island Guests offers a Property Finder Service for a fee of US$100.
For this Island Guests offers to survey the entire market with all agents and
provide a list of the five properties that most closely fit the Buyer's requirements.
The fee covers the costs incurred ferrying Buyers around and arranging the required appointments with the Vendors.
Should the Buyer purchase a property selected by Island Guests the Prpoerty Finder Service Fee will be refunded.

- Surcharges, Taxes, Fees, Etc:
All Real Estate transactions are subject to a 10.5% surcharge for taxes, fees, etc.
- Additional Charges:
In some cases a non-Dominican Buyer may be required to pay an additional 10% of the purchase price for an Alien Land Holding Licence.
This is compulsory when the area of land being purchased is more than 1 acre (residential) and 3 acres (commercial).

- Advertising:
Island Guests charge the Vendor a fee of US$100 to advertise a property on this site.
- Commissions:
- A commission of 2.5% of the purchase price is due on the successful completion of a sale through Island Guests for properties advertised on this site.
- A commission of 1.0% of the purchase price is due on the successful completion of a sale through Island Guests for properties NOT advertised on this site.
- Refunds:
The US$100 fee charged to Advertise a property on this site is refundable in the event of the successful completion of a sale through Island Guests.
