| General: |
- Rates:
All rates and prices quoted on this site are in US$ and a convenient link to a currency converter is provided on each page, as necessary.

| Holiday Rentals: |
- An Advance Payment of 50% of the total Rental Fee is required;
- The Rental Fee includes a 10% Non-Refundable Booking Fee;
- The remainder of the Advance Payment is refundable on 'cancellation in advance' but NOT after non-appearance;
- The remainder of the Rental Fee is due on arrival;
- Some properties require Key Deposits of US$100, refundable on departure.

| Long Term Rentals: |
| Holiday Rental Terms & Conditions apply, with the addition of the following: |
- An Additional Advance Payment equal to one month's rental is required, refundable on departure subject to a perfect inventory;
- A Utility Deposit of approximately US$200, refundable post departure subject to the provision of evidence of paid up bills.

| Additional Notes: |
- Island Guests agents commission is applied to the property owners not the customer;
- Utility charges can vary between properties, eg Castle Comfort Victor has Pay-As-You-Go electricity.
