Passports:
A valid passport and a return/onward ticket are required for a tourist stay of up to 21 days.
US and Canadian citizens may use proof of citizenship with photo ID card.
French nationals may use a Carte Identite for stays up to two weeks.
 
Visas:
The travellers from the following countries require visas to enter Dominica:

Vaccinations
All travelers should visit either their personal physician or a travel health clinic 4-8 weeks before departure.
The following are the recommended vaccinations for Dominica:
Hepatitis A:  Recommended for all travelers
Typhoid:  For travelers who may eat or drink outside major restaurants and hotels
Hepatitis B:  For travelers who may have intimate contact with local residents, especially if visiting for more than 6 months
Yellow Fever:  Required for travelers arriving from a yellow-fever-infected area in Africa or the Americas
Rabies:  For travelers who may have direct contact with animals and may not have access to medical care
Routine immunisations:  All travelers should be up-to-date on tetanus-diphtheria, measles-mumps-rubella, polio, and varicella immunizations
